• If a user is found to be underage, their account will be suspended immediately and all associated transactions will be cancelled.

Deposit:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200.
• Accepted payment methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and other methods approved by Buji.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 3–5 minutes.
• Depositing using a payment method registered in someone else's name is not permitted.

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals will not be approved without KYC verification.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.

• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period expires.

Sports Betting Specific Rules:

• Bets not placed before the match starts must be settled under in-play betting rules.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets are generally refunded.
• If a live score or result is incorrect, the official result will apply.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Buji. Engaging in any of them may result in account termination and legal action.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Creating an account using another person's identity.
• Using hacking tools, viruses, or any malicious software.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
• Bonus arbitrage or balance manipulation.
• Money laundering through the platform.
• Harassing or abusing other users.

Buji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• KYC verification not completed.
• Order from a court or law enforcement authority.

Users may also close their account at any time. In that case, a withdrawal request must be submitted for any remaining balance.
